Meet Patty Beam
Beaming Partners was founded by Patty Beam, whose passion for caregiving comes from both professional experience and personal life. With more than 10 years of experience in home care, Patty has spent her career helping seniors and adults maintain their independence while receiving compassionate support.
Her inspiration also comes from caring for her own mother, who is living with dementia. Witnessing the emotional and physical challenges families face reinforced her belief that exceptional care goes beyond daily tasks; it's about building trust, preserving dignity, and treating every client like family.
Today, Patty continues to lead Beaming Partners with the same compassion, integrity, and commitment that inspired the company from the very beginning.
